ARGHHHHHH!!!!  I hate how people try to compare Masha to Kournikova  - the only similarities are that they are both blonde and both Russian!!  That's where it ends!  Kournikova wasn't a good player and I think I am correct in saying this: she didn't win any grand slams and no tournaments either!!!  I don't think she was even in a grand slam singles final in her whole career!!  Whereas Masha has won 3 grand slams and she's only 21!!  Plus she has won loads of tournaments.  Masha is a much better player (and is way prettier) and is wayyyy more successful.  So please don't compare them again - there is no comparison to be made!!!

Anyway, about Ivanovic the last time I wrote on this thread I said that I wasn't a fan of her's, but that I didn't hate or dislike her.  Update: I now dislike Ana!  Hahaha!  I still don't hate her though.

I agree with you Dee!!!! Anna and Maria are Russian and they are blonde buutttttttt Masha is very succecssful!!! Whereas Anna isn't successful and she isn't good player . I think she don't like tennis cos If she will love tennis,she will really be successful and win the grand slam but she chose the model.

There are other ways a person can be succesful. It doesnt always  happen in the court.

Anna may not have been succesful as a tennis player, but maybe that was the reason she quit, because she knew herself "whats the point". How do you guys know that she's not succesful being a model?

And as for Ivanovic,i like her, she has the same determanation that i see in Maria. She has that drive that makes me like her. And it also doesnt hurt that she's beautiful like Maria.

Anna isn't good in court or she is good .This does not concern me but I say we shouldn't compare Masha to Anna cos Maria is successful whereas Anna isn't successful and now,she doesn't play tennis. I didn't say Anna is a bad model but I am really angry to people try to compare Masha to Kournikova

I get annoyed by the comparison, cos Anna K was a crap tennis player and the main reason people liked her was cos of her looks.  Whereas Masha is an amazing player and has achieved so much and there is more to her than just looks!!  Also I don't get why guys think Anna K is beautiful, I just don't see it - she's not ugly, but some guys think she is really really beautiful, but I don't think so, but it's probably just me!

Maria can play brilliant tennis.  Remember the Australian Open 08 she was in amazing form and no-one could beat her, not even your beloved Ana!!  Plus she is a 3 time grand slam champion - you don't win slams by not being able to play tennis!!  The only reason she has been playing badly recently is cos she has an injury!!!

2. Maybe she will retire in a few years but you don't know that for sure.

3. Maria is much better then Ana - this is easy to argue cos Maria - 3 grand slams and Ana - only 1 slam!!    I'm not saying Ana won't win more cos she probably will, but Maria and Ana are similar ages and Maria has achieved so much more!

4. Maria is not an 'ass' after losing a match - she always shakes the other players hand!!  What more do you want?  Do you want her to jump up and down and celebrate that she lost?    Or maybe she should just have a fixed smile on her face all the time like Ana, even when she loses!

5. Maria's outfits ugly?    You have gotta be kidding me!!  She has the most original, unique, beautiful and elegant outfits of any of the players, unlike some players whose outfits can only be described as looking like a curtain!!!  Hahaha!
