That might not have been the best link to use, when trying to back up your argument!!  Cos what I see is that:

1. Maria has a better YTD win/loss record than Ana,

2. Maria has more YTD titles than Ana,

3. Maria has wayyy more career titles than Ana (Maria - 19, Ana - 7)

4. Maria is taller and skinnier (I know this has nothing to do with tennis, but it was on the link!)

5. Maria leads their head to head 3-2 (and one of the times Ana beat Maria, was when Maria retired from the match!)

6. Maria has more grand slams than Ana too!!

So I think this all proves that Masha is the best!!!!!

Really don't understand why people always compare Ana and Maria and always talk about who is the best. Both of them are top players and I think that you can't compare the players that are like in the top 10 or so because they are all really good, they're the best in women's tennis. It's absurd to compare them. You could I guess compare Maria to number 200 in the world and then you could say that Maria is better. But both Ana and Masha are really good each one in her own way and both of them have theire strenghts and weaknesses and they have also two different styles of play.

And obviously the one you're fan of you're going to consider is better. So Maria is the better one for me...
