Complete uselessness can exist in any functional organization. In
fact it almost always will arise from various forms of incompetence.
Organizational members tend to fail in
restructuring defective members, or, more often, fail to insure the
"business end", i.e. what is the purpose, is properly adhered to.
Individuals do not surrender to complete uselessness, my friend. They will kill you on the inside.
