Do not get discouraged. Complete healing and successful rehabilitation take time and patience. Ask your team to evaluate the possible contributing causes to your injury, to prevent a recurrence in 2009. They may wish to read my post of 9/29/08 - WHAT ABOUT SHOULDER REHAB?
