Evidently not so much. They don't call her the "Winter Girl" for nothing. I think she's more acclimated to ski slopes than beaches. Far as candid stuff, she goes home and shuts the door and that's where that ends. Besides, home is Moscow--and when you note who her friends are, you get a clue why the paparazzi don't mess with her.

Fortunately, she doesn't mind including some medium hot shots on her website--much nicer, higher-res pix than the jpegs you find on the Net. Check out her Photo Gallery; "off-court" "photo sessions", etc.

Aw, yeah, thanx! Cool Yeah, the "white pictures" were made (I think) in association with the GQ Magazine shoot in like 2002. I don't believe the B&Ws actually appeared in the magazine but they're around the Net. Smile

Oh yeah. Cool There are sometimes other resemblances to Rigg's "Mrs Emma Peel"--like demeanor. Compare:

Diana Rigg as Emma Peel  Lenochka on Beijing podium

Seems that Lenochka has a bach-to-back dance card in January:

    January 05-11
    ASB Classic - Auckland
    January 12-17
    Medibank International - Sydney
    January 19 - February 01
    Australian Open - Melbourne

Recent sighting (since YEC). Most of the pix on Elena's site are not labeled. I don't know the nature of the event, but the location is the Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel & Business Center near the Moscow River. Cool

Diana Rigg (from imdb): Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE); Chancellor of Stirling University in Scotland.

Recent work: The Painted Veil (2006) .... Mother Superior; (June 2008) Madame Ranevskaya in Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard at Chichester Festival Theatre in West Sussex.

Was recently voted the sexiest-ever TV star by TV Guide in the USA. Cool

Indeed, Tiger, those were the days--and there have been none like them. Finally, Hollywood would crank out "The Seventies Show" because they can't film The Sixties Show. They never will--not in this country. Films like "The Dreamers" will always be produced on your side of the pond. The only true American Sixties ambience I've ever seen on TV was occasional period pieces in a weird, short-lived 90s scifi series called "Dark Skies".

Its tag-line was "History as we know it is a lie." lol!

And yeah; Lenochka could be a woman of those times--a Russian woman of those times, if you get my meaning... Stick out tongue
