SORRY for this thread, i just wanna know the people in this forum who hates ANA I....

I hate her it's just because it's like the media wants to compare sharapova's success with ivanovic.... Ana is a newcomer in the tour, and rank as 2nd in the world, but i just hate that the media loves her so much, just like in IW were Ana is the 1st seed, i just read a YAHOO thread saying " THE RISING STAR" i was terrifically shock about it.... well ana can produce a good game, but as i can see, she does'nt have a grand slam game.... unlike sharapova, media wrote bad things about her..... 

Hate is a hard word. Would only say that I don't like her.

You know,it is okay to love Maria but not accepting someone's success it's totally different thing.It is okay for you to be stupid and just make fool of yourself but going so far to hate some one because that person is competition for Maria...it is sad how you are stupid!!!!!!!!!!

^totaly right -i'm sorry to see this kind of thread and i'm sorry i post on it but i think is sad to see how some people are trying to dismiss Ana in stupid ways (like she's a big threat to Maria :D).  i'm sure the real fans agree with me (and i don't mean Ana fans).

I don't hate Ana, she is very pretty but I don't like Ana. Maria Sharapova is the most beautiful and successful than Ana Ivanovich

I don´t actually understand why you start threads like this. I like Ana and why can´t people who like and support Maria, like and support other players as well? And why can´t people who dislike some players keep this for themselves.

Btw HATE is a pretty strong word for a person you don´t even know, think about it...

I don't know why nobody did notice that Ana has a( bad)) disgusting behaviour on court

during the matches.She is spitting on the courtyard and during her match against Jankovic

I saw her using the towel to blow her nose and then she was drying with

the same towel her arms and face from sweating.Instead Jankovic was sitting bravely and blowing her

nose in the tissue handkerchief.

And that's a difference of style and behaviour the cameras during the break catched and showed.

What I want to say ,there is also a inner beauty, Maria has both, inner and outside beauty.

First off, I'd like to say that it's the MEDIA that I don't like. The tennis media is really biased and they're not even shy about it. Just imagine if it was Maria who did the things Ana did as described by sharapi, those would be headlines for sure and the talk of the nasty commentators.

Don't hate Ana if she's the darling of the press. Hate the press for having darlings such as Ana.

MARIA THE ONE AND ONLY

Like everyone says, hate is a strong word. I don't dislike her or like her, she simply isn't on my radar. When she wins something big then I'll take notice. But I have to agree the media puts her in the same league as Maria which is simply not the case. But I can't hate a person like her because she works hard and is dedicated which is always good in my book. i have one question though, did she really spit oncourt coz Kiefer does that and I think that's disgusting, I always feel sorry for the ballboys when they have to clean that up in front of the camera too. For a woman, it's twice as disgusting, sorry if I'm being sexist.

dude, what did you smoke? i watch most of her matches and i never saw her using the towel to blow her nose...   Even my mother says Ana is one of the most elegant players out there, and if my mother makes a compliment it must be true AND ANA DOESN'T SPIT ON THE COURT! so why do you have to post silly things like this? jeez...

 

Hate just is wrong, i don't like some players but i don't hate them! specially when they are really nice... i do understand why you might not like her cos i don't like many nice people, but hate??

I dunno if she spat, but I hear you. Watching wimbledon Live last year, I saw a babe from Minsk do stuff on court that grown men have been thrown outta bars for. The very proper All England Club ump's posture just screamed,  This is why I hate chairing Juniors! lol!

I don't dislike Ana. beni nailed it: The problem is the sports media that victimizes players for reasons that are purely political--both in terms of the business of the game and the larger politics. Like the misbegotten notion that they can somehow "use" the Serbs "against" the Russians. Yeah, says way more about where the media is coming from than it does about the players.
